Studio Office Assistant
Computer Skills: We use Quickbooks, Studio Designer, Big Time, Excel, Word and Google Suite. A solid base in any mainstream software programs would be ideal and the flexibility to move between various platforms would be a bonus. We are willing to train the enthusiastic learner and any previous experience would welcome.
Office Space Management: The ideal candidate would have the energy to get the job done and a willingness to help maintain the Studio space. Keep up with the incoming packages & mail, library organization, kitchen tidiness, sample returns, recycling & trash all in order to maintain the physical office space to be used for meetings, design processes and create a productive work environment at all times.
Team Player: Verbal communication, organizational and written skills are all high on our wish list for a Studio Office Assistant. The candidate will need to coordinate schedules, paperwork & digital files and our in-house design library. Designers often need a variety of duties performed such as ordering samples, data entry and spreadsheet management. We are looking for someone willing to learn and help with a multitude of tasks. This small office is looking for a confident, trustworthy and energetic coworker to join us.
