Essex Junction, VT
Lobby, Guestroom, and Executive Boardroom Updates

The Essex Resort & Spa in Vermont offers relaxed luxury on 18-acres with a focus on world-class cuisine and outstanding amenities.

Our designs for their guest room renovations reflect one of our three culinary-inspired themes: The Art of Baking, The Harvest, and The Spice Rack.

Every element of each guest room is carefully considered. Two- and three-dimensional wall art and an elegant cutting board-inspired headboard anchor each room. Custom-made curtains, bedspreads, and accent pillows with hand-drawn illustrations add a secondary-level of aesthetic detail. These fine touches are specific to each room’s concept and supported by a color palette.

The lobby and reception are inspired by a European pastry shop. The main reception area includes a bakery display as well as cake stands, an espresso machine, and small wine bar. French-ticking wallpaper and hanging lamps complete the setting. Upon check-in, guests are offered a glass of wine or espresso to welcome their culinary experience.

The concept for the executive boardroom at The Essex Resort & Spa is Silver Spoon. Simple and authentic, silver spoons have a patina and many lifetimes of memories.

Bon Appetit!
