Christine Burdick Design began in Christine’s home office in 2010 when she recognized the need for a commercial interior design studio in Vermont. Christine holds her Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Virginia Polytechnic University and brings several years of experience designing for commercial clients in New York City and Washington D.C. to the business. As Owner and Creative Director, Christine has grown the business to design for some of New England’s most innovative and inspiring companies. Kaitlin joined Christine Burdick Design in 2010, after graduating with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Sage College. She received her NCIDQ certification in 2018. Kaitlin serves as our Studio Director, managing projects from initial conception through installation. She is an invaluable team leader, ensuring that all projects receive our highest quality attention. Kaitlin’s strong interpersonal skills and professionalism foster invaluable client-designer relationships, and her design expertise and exceptional creative eye bring extraordinary spaces to life for our clients.
Anna Vaughn
Procurement Director + Interior Designer
Anna joined the Christine Burdick Design team in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has a background in Hospitality Design, having previously worked in the Orlando, FL area, contributing to branded and boutique hotel and timeshare projects located nationwide. Anna is excellent at handling detailed budgets and logistics and is responsible for managing the Procurement process for our clients. She is also involved in all project phases, contributing to design and production work from site surveys through project completion.Sara Kincaid
Production Specialist + Interior Designer
Sara began her career at Christine Burdick Design as a summer intern in 2019 and returned full time after graduating in 2021 from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) program. As an Ohio native, Sara works remotely full time and assists the team through her exceptional 3D design and documentation skills. Her modeling and CAD work is invaluable in producing drawing sets and renderings that help clients visualize their designs and provide information to contractors and other project partners through the construction process.
Chris Wilkins
Client Engagement + Project Analyst
The newest addition to the team, Chris joined Christine Burdick Design in January 2023. A graduate of the University of Vermont, he brings an extensive background in Hospitality Operations and Project Management to the team. Prior to joining Christine Burdick Design, he most recently served as the Franchise Design and Build Manager for Ben & Jerry’s. Chris is responsible for internal Business Administration and Project Analysis. He also serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, building the foundation for the strong partnerships we cultivate across all of our projects.Leigh Fisher
Procurement Specialist + Administrative Manager
Leigh joined the Christine Burdick Design team in 2017. She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Spanish and International Relations from Bucknell University and the University of Denver. Her initial role was as Office Manager to assist with Accounts Receivable and Payable. Following a year-long sabbatical with her family, Leigh has taken on additional responsibilities in Procurement and Project Management. She excels in managing intricate details and is actively involved in all stages of a project, from on-site surveys to installations. Her background in internal sales analysis and small business management contributes to keeping the team on schedule and projects running smoothly.
