The factory tour in Waterbury is filled with fun in true Ben & Jerry’s fashion. From spilled milk, mason jars filled with chunks and swirls to a customized retro fridge that displays the latest flavors, the Flavor Lab is a pretty popular spot. Lucky employees that work behind the scenes enjoy and office space with walking treadmills desks and full on barn inspired décor.
