Waterbury, Vermont | 65,000 sf

Christine Burdick Design worked closely with Joseph Architects to develop the interiors of Keurig Green Mountain Coffee Roasters’ new Research and Development facility in Waterbury, Vermont.  The “city” inspired concept provides a cutting edge workspace that will attract and retain the brightest professionals from around the globe.  Key areas include “the hub” reception and waiting, public library and workroom, “boutique hotel” workstations, “main street” circulation, “Central Park” research and reflect spaces and a four sided clock tower featuring four time zones of GMCR’s international reach.
