Spectrum’s Drop-In Center is a place for young people ages 14-24 to eat a meal, use a computer or phone, do laundry, get clothing, take a shower, and get other basic needs met. Because food is so important to the youth here, the color palette was derived from juicy, colorful, citrus fruit. While the meals are what draw them in, the relationships built are what inspire them to come back and encourage them to grow. The design creates comfort, provides an organized layout where everything belongs and a sense of place where everyone feels welcome.

Our work with the Spectrum Youth Drop-in Center was a pro-bono project, as part of our 10 year anniversary.
